The hotel features 3 swimming pools including an indoor pool exclusively for ladies. In addition it offers a fitness centre and a Turkish steam bath.

The upscale residence is comprised of two and three spacious bedroom furnished and non furnished apartments with balcony for long stayers. Each apartment features a spacious living room which opens onto a balcony ,fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV,WiFi, fully equipped health club and gardens making guests stay comfortable.

Lovely place to stay with Family , nice big rooms and balconies and nice society
Location - everything is nearby , nice location . Nearby Mall Big rooms , lovely surroundings
wifi - not working properly Cleaning Staff - Not visiting everyday to clean the Rooms , kitchen , taking Garbage . We had take care of these on own Far from Tourist Location like -Mutrah souq and corniche side

What was the highlight of Muscat Oasis Residences
Comfortable and pleasant stay with some glitches needing room for improvement
Location, spacious apartments and equipped apartments with basics. Pool was clean and entire outside compound was clean and felt secure. The ancillary facilities were also good. The salon, barber, sports courts, rent a car. All were great. The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean.
The cleaning service was not as promised twice a week. It came only once a week. Then furniture such as bed frame and sofa was not clean and had wear and tear. The bedding was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean but the facilities did not change it frequently. The wifi was a big issue it kept going off. I wanted early check in and I got no response. Hence I had to use another hotel near airport as I landed 4am, with kids. And we were tired after a 7hour flight from Europe. If the manager had arranged early check in would have been great but he was not responsive at all to this request.

Very Good
+ Spacious and well furnished rooms + Secure parking + Easy access to Panorama Mall which has a supermarket (Al Meera) and nice food court options + Serviced apartment nestled within a residential community, with nice amenities/play area for kids
- The access key that we were issued stopped working the second night. The office was closed and there was no response upon calling the phone number listed outside their office. We reached out to the apartment security guard, who was kind enough to reach out to the person incharge. The person incharge came and gave us the replacement access key within 10 minutes. All of this happened around 10:30 - 11 PM on the second night of our stay. Not sure what we would have done if we had reached later. The office has fixed working hours and we are on our own outside these working hours I guess, unlike a hotel. - Slightly dated property, needs maintenance - Cleaning is done once every 3 days, only if we request for it - Washing machine was not working initially. We had to call the front office to get this fixed - The curtain rod in the bathroom was held up without any fixtures and this kept falling off

Very Good
Facilities and location is great. I read lots of reviews which was mixed however our experience was great. Apartment was big enough and relatively clean. It’s next to all the big malls and eateries.
The room cleaning schedule was not clean. They never came to clean. We had to request it and they even didn’t clean as they said they only clean when guest are there which is strange.
